All of the inn's guest rooms have:

- Special rates for frequent or extended stays are available
- Gift Certificates available
- Not appropriate for children under 12 years of age
- Cancellation: On all reservations, we require a one night deposit, or 50% of the room charges, whichever is greater. On reservations of three room-nights, or less, the deposit is non-refundable if cancelled less than fourteen days prior to your arrival. On reservations of more than three room-nights, the deposit is non-refundable if cancelled less than forty-five days prior to your arrival. All cancelled reservations will be charged a $20.00 administration fee. Full amount due for all no shows and cancellations within 24 hrs of date of arrival.
